Artist Note:

Kumokuma (Cloud Bears) are charged with painting the Sunrise and Sunset so they are often going to and fro (stop and go) with their buckets of paint. Accidents do happen though, and sometimes the paint gets spilled...creating one very sad Kumokuma and one very lovely rainbow.
