How I Judged:
Man, deciding this one was hard! I got hundreds of entries and so many of them were amazing!! First I narrowed it down to the entries that I felt best embodied "cuteness." and that had high quality vector imagery.

The top 13 that I chose are based on:
- How well they work as actual wallpapers (many of them were super-cute but too 'busy.')
- How cute they are
- Skill and level of difficulty
- Originality of concept
