Natural remedy for constipation:
1) When you wake up in the morning, drink 2 glasses of warm water
2) after 15 minutes, start your breakfast with 1 or 2 pears depending on the size of the pears.
3) then take 1 portion of yogurt
4) after that drink around 4-5 glasses of warm water within 1 hour. You will see the effect.
Note: chronic constipation may have to continue with this natural remedy for a few days..
